We address performance risks by creating and managing comprehensive acquisition management services, identifying and managing programmatic risks, and developing and implementing process improvements - all with the ability to be flexible and responsive to unique and ever-changing challenges.

Our team consists of highly knowledgeable and progress-driven staff with over 20 Years of extensive experience in budget formulation, budget administration, needs assessments, data, and benefits/compensation analysis. We are successful in acquisition management, performance management, and workforce and succession planning.

Proven ability to integrate and align organizational objectives with individual staff goals and aspirations, and increase employee relations/morale, reduce operating costs, and increase productivity. We are Lean Six Sigma certified and successful in reengineering business processes.
